Our dream is a world where those interested in woodfiring have opportunity and access to pursue their passion.
Historically kilns were shared resources that brought communities and generations together. In North America this tradition is currently being lost.
Your participation in this festival will help create a lasting impact and legacy. Allowing fine-craft to flourish on this continent once again.
❋ Comprehensive & Free Online ResourcesWhere the books that informed generations of the past have vastly fallen out of print, it is time to bring back accessible knowledge and learning opportunities.
❋ Industry-Leading ExpertsJoin a team of experienced craftspeople, artists, and educators.
❋ Increased Kiln Equity & InclusionWood firing shouldn’t just be for the wealthy and well-connected. This festival will be the beginning of an institute geared towards making this change.
❋ Live Inaugural Kiln FiringParty and a kiln firing? I’m so there.
